Photos must include Picture with a Maid, Merchandise purchased via the booth and pictures of the cafe (can be food, the maids, dances, etc)

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any airline, hotel, travel provider, tourism authority, or governmental agency.

The prize consists of round-trip economy airfare for one (1) person to Japan for 7 days  (2 days of flight, 5 days Hotel) and hotel accommodations (as determined by Mirai Maid Cafe (Sponsor) in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value $2500.

All travel details, including airline, airport, itinerary, hotel, and travel dates, are determined solely by Sponsor.

Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, capacity controls, government regulations, and force majeure events.

Winner must:

• Possess a valid passport with sufficient validity as required by international travel regulations. Must be 18 years and older.
• Obtain any required visas, entry permits, health documentation, or other travel authorizations.
• Comply with all airline, airport, hotel, and governmental rules and policies.
• Meet all health, vaccination, and testing requirements (if applicable at time of travel).

Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.

Travel must be booked and completed within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. If the winner is unable to travel within the designated timeframe for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Illness or medical conditions
• Passport or visa issues
• Employment obligations
• Financial inability to cover incidental costs
• Government restrictions
• Airline cancellations or route changes
• Natural disasters
• Acts of God
• Civil unrest
• Public health emergencies
• Travel advisories
• Border closures

the prize will be forfeited in its entirety without substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent, unless otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for cancellations, delays, diversions, substitutions, acts of terrorism, war, labor disputes, weather conditions, pandemics, government shutdowns, or any other events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that may prevent, delay, or restrict travel.

In such cases, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel the prize in whole or in part without further obligation.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for:

• Missed flights
• Denied boarding
• Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage
• Flight cancellations or overbooking
• Hotel overbooking
• Transportation delays
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Theft
• Accidents
• Food allergies or medical emergencies
• Travel interruptions

All travel is undertaken at winner’s own risk.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• Participation in the contest
• Acceptance or use of the prize
• Travel to and from Japan
• Stay at any hotel or accommodation
• Participation in any activities during the trip

Winner further agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor harmless from any claims brought by third parties arising from winner’s conduct during travel.

Sponsor does not provide travel insurance. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining travel insurance coverage, including but not limited to medical, trip cancellation, and baggage insurance.

Winner is solely responsible for:

• All federal, state, local, and international taxes
• Ground transportation
• Meals not specifically included
• Incidentals
• Resort fees
• Airport fees
• Airline seat upgrades
• Checked baggage fees
• Spending money
• Any other expenses not explicitly stated as included

Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

This contest shall be governed by the laws of State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
